Role Overview: As the Director of the HR Business Partner team at Infor India, you will lead a team of HRBPs to provide strategic people solutions aligned with the organization's objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to influence senior leaders. You will act as a key advisor to business leaders, driving workforce strategies, fostering leadership development, and ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives.
