Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director of the HR Business Partner team at Infor India, you will lead a team of HRBPs to provide strategic people solutions aligned with the organization's objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to influence senior leaders. You will act as a key advisor to business leaders, driving workforce strategies, fostering leadership development, and ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Align and implement HR strategy and objectives with leadership at the business unit or location level. - Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team on human resource-related matters. - Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, addressing root causes of HR issues. - Develop and drive companywide programs and initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and organizational design. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to meet the needs of their business units. - Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews for business continuity and growth readiness. - Strengthen employee engagement and enhance organizational culture in line with performance-based management. - Utilize people analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and performance. - Act as a bridge between HRBPs and other HR functions to ensure seamless integration of HR programs. Qualifications Required: - 18+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, HRM, or equivalent) is mandatory. - Strong ability to connect people strategies with business goals and influence senior leaders. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR professionals with analytical expertise and collaboration skills. - Experience in leading large-scale organizational transformations, managing complex employee relations scenarios, and utilizing HR technology.
