Description
As Director, HR Business Partners at Infoblox, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring an India-based HRBP team supporting the local offices in Bangalore and Trivandrum. You will provide broad leadership and collaborate closely with regional HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Inclusion, and Facilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leaders in India as a trusted business partner to coach and develop on people practices that will create an engaged culture of high performance. You will lead talent and succession planning, mid and year-end rewards cycles, goal setting, and performance management. Additionally, you will support leaders in developing, coaching, and performance managing their team members to deliver best-in-class client group support. Partnering with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) will be essential to drive people programs that support talent, compensation, hiring and workforce planning, organizational design, benefits, and hybrid workforce capabilities. Establishing and implementing HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support the Infoblox vision and strategic plan will be a critical part of your role. You will also be involved in translating business strategy into actionable global workforce plans and preparing, maintaining, and using relevant data to inform and build insights for your client groups. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a high-tech organization with a global footprint - Demonstrated experience leading HRBP teams and partnering well with senior leadership teams - Critical thinking and data analysis skills with success in implementing solutions to solve business issues - Ability to build credible relationships with all stakeholders and lead with influence throughout the India region - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - Impeccable integrity, including sound judgment and professionalism - Ability to mentor and lead high performing teams - Solid technology skills; Oracle and Microsoft Suite knowledge a plus As Director, HR Business Partners at Infoblox, success will look like being well-versed on all HR initiatives and successfully supporting the leaders in your client group on execution within six months. You will collaborate with the COEs in support of HR initiatives, become a strategic partner to the India leadership team, and identify areas of operational improvement within the first year. Additionally, you will be expected to be a subject matter expert on the India region, help streamline HR processes, and drive operational and talent strategies that improve performance of employees and coaching capabilities of leaders.
