We are seeking a "Director – Gaming" to lead our gaming strategy, partnerships, and innovation efforts. This role is critical to shaping the future of Meegames as a global gaming hub.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the gaming strategy across Meegames’ ecosystem, ensuring alignment with AI and interoperability goals.

Game Development Leadership: Oversee end-to-end game design, production, and live-ops in collaboration with in-house and partner studios.

Ecosystem Growth: Build and nurture partnerships with publishers, studios, and IP holders to expand the Meegames network.

AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI-driven tools for personalized gaming experiences, player retention, and intelligent game economies.

Community & Player Engagement: Champion player-first experiences by leveraging community insights, esports, and creator-driven initiatives.

Business Growth: Identify new revenue streams, optimize monetization models, and ensure sustainable ecosystem economics.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class gaming team across product, design, and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of experience in gaming, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.

Proven success in launching and scaling games (AAA, AA, or large-scale F2P titles).

Strong understanding of AI in gaming, Web3 interoperability, and next-gen ecosystems.

Experience in forging strategic partnerships across gaming, publishing, or esports.

Deep knowledge of player behavior, gaming economies, and community-building.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
