Director – Finance Transformation (Consulting) in Mumbai || Big 4 Consulting

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, etc.) and strategic finance areas (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain) across multiple non-FS industries.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to identify process gaps and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data, and internal controls.
• Expertise in digital finance tools: ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft D365), workflows, ticketing, financial consolidation, reconciliation, MIS & reporting solutions.
• Experience delivering “Finance in Digital World” technologies: GenAI, AI, analytics, automation, and innovation use cases.
• Hands-on in operating model design & implementation, process optimization, and governance setup.
• Strong grasp of finance maturity assessment models and target operating model rollouts.
• Led 10+ strategy-to-execution transformation programs.
• Exceptional consulting skills: consensus building, solution selling, rapport building, and trusted advisor reputation.
• Financial mindset for deal pricing and project financials.
• Manage project staffing and utilization to meet/exceed targets.

Requirements:

• Non-FS industry background (not banking).
• Must have client-facing Finance Transformation experience.
• Share updated resume with client engagements (scope, role, outcomes).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹6,000,000.00 per year
