Director - Finance Transformation (Consulting) || Big 4 || Mumbai

As a Director of Finance Transformation in a Big 4 consulting firm based in Mumbai, your role involves a strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, etc. across various non-FS industries. You will lead workshops with stakeholders to identify process gaps and inefficiencies, focusing on people, process, technology, data, and internal controls. Your expertise in digital finance tools like ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft D365), workflows, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions will be crucial. Additionally, you should have experience in delivering Finance in Digital World technologies and be hands-on in operating model design, process optimization, and governance setup. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of finance processes and strategic finance areas across multiple industries - Lead workshops to identify process gaps and inefficiencies - Expertise in digital finance tools and technologies - Hands-on in operating model design, process optimization, and governance setup - Manage project staffing and utilization effectively Qualifications Required: - Non-FS industry background - 10+ years of experience in client-facing Finance Transformation - Proficiency in P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury in non-FS industries - Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft D365, etc. - 10+ years of experience in a Big 4 consulting organization - Master's degree required In this role, you will be expected to leverage your exceptional consulting skills to drive consensus, build solutions, establish rapport, and become a trusted advisor.
