General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Lead strategic O2C transformation, drive operational excellence, and deliver high-impact finance outcomes. Inspire teams, engage clients, and champion innovation across global order management, billing, collections, and cash application operations.To be inspired to inspire our clients and people so you will also be expected to:Strategic Leadership & Business Growtho Drive the strategic roadmap for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function, aligning with enterprise-wide objectives and digital finance transformation initiatives.o Serve as a thought leader in Finance & Accounting, delivering impactful O2C solutions.o Influence senior stakeholders to unlock business value and foster innovation.End-to-End O2C Delivery Oversighto Oversee global O2C operations to ensure high client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.o Align O2C and AR delivery with broader business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.Transformation Leadershipo Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP and O2C platforms.o Develop and implement methodologies tailored to evolving client needs.o Apply change management and transformation frameworks to modernize O2C processes and enhance delivery models.Client Engagement & Business Developmento Identify and pursue business transformation opportunities, including crafting compelling proposals.o Facilitate board-level workshops and strategic sessions to co-create innovative solutions with clients.o Build and maintain high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and transformation partner.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Managemento Lead and empower a global O2C team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.o Cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.Governance, Risk & Complianceo Uphold governance, compliance, and ethical standards across the O2C function.o Manage risk proactively and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company-defined controls. Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Masters degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be preferred. 15 plus years of relevant experience in accounting cycle with expertise with cost optimisation, including Minimum 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment. Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA are advantageous; strong proficiency in ERP, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud is essential. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent stakeholder management skillswith the ability to collaborate across global teams. Strong service delivery orientationwith a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.Technology Awareness and adaptability to evolving financial systems and tools
