Role:- Director of Data Engineering Years of experience: - 10 to 13 only Location:- Pune 🔑 Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and execute data engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in engineering initiatives. Compliance & Standards : Establish and uphold industry standards, ensuring data privacy and security. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Promote seamless knowledge sharing through standardized documentation practices. Technical Leadership : Guide best practices in data modeling, pipelines, transformation, observability, and CI/CD. 🧠 Essential Skills & Experience Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL; extensive experience with AWS cloud services; familiarity with MPP database technologies; exposure to AI/ML concepts.
