Director D365 FO

You will play a crucial role in co-building and expanding a high-growth Microsoft D365 F&O practice across India and global markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving growth of the Microsoft D365 ERP business by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. - Leading sales and business development efforts independently, engaging with CXOs to create compelling value propositions. - Building a strong market presence and influence among boards and CEOs. - Strategizing differentiated offerings aligned with Microsoft's macro-opportunity. - Collaborating closely with Microsoft India on joint Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. - Developing and executing a 3-year business plan covering structure, growth, and investments. - Attracting, nurturing, and growing top talent while building a robust skill development framework. - Representing the company externally through thought leadership, white papers, and industry forums. - Overseeing successful delivery of Microsoft projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. - Mentoring teams on best practices, user experience, and business alignment. Desired Leadership Experience: - 13+ years in Microsoft D365 ERP across presales, delivery, and practice management. - 10+ years in selling and delivering Microsoft AX/D365 ERP solutions in India. - Proven experience in building and scaling teams. - Strong CXO-level client engagement and relationship management. Desired Technical Experience: - 12+ years in architecture/design of D365 Finance & Operations; 5+ years in complex enterprise-wide implementations. - Extensive experience in Pre-sales, GTM & Business development. - Expertise in D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, and Commerce. - Exposure to Business Central, Customer Experience modules, Power Platform, and Insights. - Experience in creating IPs, accelerators, and innovative solutions that drive business impact.,
