Director B2B Sales

As the end-to-end owner of your area at Treebo Hospitality Ventures, you will drive business, generate revenue, and build profits while nurturing stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for undertaking competitor analysis, developing and maintaining prospect and customer lists, engaging in trade conferences, and closing possible opportunities. Your role will involve designing tailor-made business proposals, engaging with prospects, and meeting potential opportunities with available product lines. Additionally, you will focus on client acquisition, corporate relations with companies, and maintaining active relationships within the industry. Your responsibilities will also include designing a data management system, tracking team productivity and sales forecasts, monitoring the credit policy, and providing strategic consulting for business plan and sales strategy development. You will play a key role in developing overall business plans to increase volume profitability. To excel in this role, you should have 6-13 years of strong experience in corporate/B2B sales. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close deals. You should be comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, street smart, and possess solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
