Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-ins, online leads, and outbound prospects to generate bookings
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
Conduct site visits and convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sale support as needed
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation and sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Direct Sales / B2C Sales, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or automobiles
Excellent verbal communication in English (Tamil and other regional languages are a plus)
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
Confidence to deal with HNI and walk-in clients
Goal-oriented and driven by incentives
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for higher roles)
