full-time Digital Wholesale & Transformation Associate

The role will:

• Manage our presence on

  JOOR

  and

  Faire

  , support global buyer onboarding, and drive digital wholesale sales.
• Build scalable systems, SOPs, and templates to professionalize Srivatsa’s digital growth journey.
• Act as a bridge between sales, design, production, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.

This position is central to taking our luxury craft to top retailers worldwide while enabling Srivatsa’s next stage of digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

Digital Wholesale

• Manage JOOR & Faire storefronts: upload line sheets, catalogs, and product launches
• Engage with buyers: handle inquiries, meetings, and sample coordination
• Track and process POs, payments (JOOR Pay, Faire payouts), and commissions
• Build weekly dashboards covering leads, conversions, reorders, and ROI
• Coordinate with design, production, and compliance teams for accurate data and timely updates
• Grow marketplace presence and support reporting on performance

Transformation & Systems

• Create and maintain

  SOPs

  for digital wholesale processes (catalog updates, buyer onboarding, payment tracking)
• Develop

  templates

  (line sheets, reports, dashboards, buyer communication) for standardization
• Systematize platform operations to enable scalability in new markets
• Support future ERP/CRM integration projects and maintain data accuracy across systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in

  e-commerce, digital wholesale, or fashion merchandising

• Familiarity with

  B2B platforms (JOOR, NuORDER, Faire, etc.)

  a strong plus
• Strong

  analytical and Excel/Sheets skills

  ; ERP/CRM understanding preferred
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in retail or the fashion industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, with the ability to design SOPs and scalable systems
