Overview
We are seeking a Digital User Experience Architect to help shape tools used by internal client-facing teams. These tools operate in complex enterprise environments and require thoughtful, scalable design solutions. Under the oversight of a Lead Digital Experience Architect, the role will sit within a cross-functional team, where responsibilities are fluid and evolving. The ideal candidate will bring awareness of product, service, and systems thinking, collaborative instincts, and hands-on experience using AI and emerging technologies to accelerate design and research workflows.Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex requirements, user stories, PoCs, and/or use cases into clear, intuitive experiences that enable internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver new tools from the ground up.
- Rapidly explore and prototype new UX patterns and web experiences using both traditional methods and AI-powered design tools.
- Design thoughtful, scalable UX solutions for complex B2B systems that support a range of personas and use cases.
- Navigate ambiguity and help define the problem space through early discovery activities before jumping into solutions.
- Create clear artifacts: journey maps, user flows, and task analysis that guide product decisions and support delivery.
- Use research and analytics, including AI-assisted research synthesis and A/B testing, to inform design decisions and measure the impact of experience changes.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure high fidelity in implementation, paying close attention to performance and accessibility.
- Identify and reduce complexity in existing tools, improving workflows through reusable patterns and design systems.
- Support a collaborative team environment where non-designers actively contribute to design and research, providing guidance where needed.
Must-have skills
- Proven experience designing for enterprise-grade digital products, ideally in B2B or professional services environments.
- Strong foundation in user experience architecture, human-centered design, and digital product design.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered design and research tools, with the ability to integrate these into your workflow.
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs and technical constraints into coherent product experiences.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with iterative delivery models such as agile, Lean UX, design thinking, and design sprints, etc.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with internal tools and enterprise platforms (e.g., Figma, Miro, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365).
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and designing within platform constraints.
- Exposure to professional services, consulting, or B2B SaaS environments.
Mindset & Approach
- Curious, collaborative, and flexible. Willing to work through ambiguity and shape loosely defined problems.
- Comfortable sharing ownership of design activities across disciplines.
- Continuously evolving your practice by learning new tools, methods, and approaches.
- Passionate about designing experiences that help teams deliver better client outcomes.
