Job Description

We are hiring for a reputed and dynamic shipping company looking for an experienced professional to join as a

Position:

Location:

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational execution to ensure timely and accurate resolution of stakeholder requirements related to Ops products and data.
Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to accurately convert business needs into technical specifications.
Oversee and mentor the Customer Success team in resolving product- and data-related queries, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

Holds a Bachelor's qualification in Maritime Studies or Data Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Voyage Manager, Assistant Voyage Manager, or in Business Application Management for Voyage Management Systems.
Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python is preferred.
