Job Summary for Digital Marketing Executive


Job location - Noida sector 62 , Interview will be F2F only.

Note - looking for a travel industry / hospitality industry industry


We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities


1. Strategy & Planning


* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.


2. Content & Social Media Management


* Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

* Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and optimize content for performance.

* Collaborate with designers and content creators for visuals, videos, and creatives.


3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


* Optimize website content for search ranking improvements.

* Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

* Monitor website analytics and improve organic traffic.


4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads


* Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

* Track and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.


5. Email Marketing


* Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.

* Analyse open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve email performance.


6. Analytics & Reporting


* Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to analyze data.

* Prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.


7. Website & Landing Page Management


* Collaborate with developers or use CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to update and optimize websites.

* Ensure landing pages are optimized for lead generation and user experience.


8. Brand & Campaign Management


* Assist in end-to-end execution of digital campaigns and brand-building activities.

* Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

* 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing (based on role level).

* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

* Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe, CRM systems.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
