The Role As a Digital Solutions Consultant I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Strong expertise in HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, HR Integrations Hands-on experience with HR tools like , SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM integrations . Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), Integration Hub, MID Server, and Scripted Web Services . Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer . Knowledge of HRSD security models, role-based access (RBAC), and data privacy laws . Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting for HRSD.
