Job Description As a Digital Sales representative at Credit Samadhaan, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, delivering top-notch customer service, executing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and overseeing sales functions. This is a full-time position based at our office in Indore. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with customers, addressing their queries, promoting our services, closing sales deals, providing training to team members, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales and sales management. Your ability to collaborate effectively with a team and work independently will be essential. Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite are also required. While prior experience in the fintech industry would be advantageous, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
