You will be joining our dynamic team as a motivated and results-driven Business Developer & Sales Expert. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of sales principles, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to meet or exceed sales targets. Your key responsibilities will involve generating sales by identifying and prospecting new clients through research, networking, and outreach activities. You will also need to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, deliver product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Meeting and surpassing sales targets and KPIs regularly is a crucial part of your role, along with staying updated about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. In terms of qualifications, we require a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT, Digital Advertising, (website development and digital marketing), with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
