Responsibilities

1. Assist in analyzing client credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF).
2. Identify errors, defaults, and improvement opportunities in credit reports.
3. Interact with clients to explain their credit reports and action plans (after training).
4. Update CRM with client communications and case progress.
5. Support preparation of dispute letters to credit bureaus and lenders.
6. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM.
7. Research credit bureau policies, RBI guidelines, and financial regulations.
8. Work closely with senior consultants on real case studies.

Requirements

• Pursuing B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Basic knowledge of banking, loans, and credit score concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
