A Vice President (VP) of Digital Marketing at Mohali office will likely be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, leading growth marketing initiatives, managing the marketing budget, overseeing performance tracking, and driving customer acquisition and engagement across our uTrade Algos brand. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, deep experience in digital channels, and a proven ability to manage and mentor a marketing team.
● Develop and execute end-to-end SEO and growth marketing strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
● Help learn and drive AI engine optimization also
● Optimize website/product experience with product, tech, and sales teams to achieve conversion targets.
● Conceptualize and manage paid & organic campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and influencers.
● Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to track lead lifecycle, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
● Build and lead content calendars, campaigns, and funnels (webinars, guides, trial sign-ups).
● Manage marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
● Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; act on insights to scale performance.
● Lead and mentor internal teams and agencies to execute B2C marketing at scale.
● Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and establish strong feedback loops.
● Drive innovation with growth hacking tactics, tools, and data-driven decision-making.
● Strong B2C marketing expertise with demonstrable success in lead generation and revenue growth.
● Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and marketing automation.
● Expertise in data-driven marketing with strong analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage teams and agencies.
