Hiring: Digital Marketing Trainer / Digital Marketing Manager 📍 Location: On-site – Mohali (Relocation Required) 🗓️ Working Days: 5 Days a Week 💰 Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month 💼 Earning Potential: Up to ₹65,000/month (based on performance) About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Professional to join our fast-growing team as a Trainer / Manager. The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience in running successful digital campaigns but also be capable of leading a team and mentoring aspiring marketers. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver practical training sessions on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Analytics. Design course content and marketing project workflows to align with current industry standards. Lead and manage a small digital marketing team working on live campaigns and projects. Analyze campaign performance and guide the team toward optimization strategies. Conduct mock interviews, assessments, and performance reviews for trainees or junior team members. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to execute integrated marketing plans. Report KPIs to the management and ensure quality training or campaign delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (training or managerial background preferred). Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and performance tracking tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in team handling or mentoring is highly desirable. Must be willing to relocate and work on-site in Mohali. Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player. Why Join Us?
