About the role

We combine AI strategy, data, and creativity to help European brands grow smarter — and faster. We’re looking for an AI Growth & Performance Marketer who understands how Generative AI, SEO, and Paid Media work together to shape the next era of online discovery and engagement.

You’ll be part of our fast-growing team in Jaipur, collaborating directly with our European HQ on multi-market campaigns that merge Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), performance advertising, and creative storytelling.

What you’ll do

· Develop and execute AI-powered GEO strategies that boost visibility across generative search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot).

· Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.

· Design full-funnel growth strategies combining organic GEO/SEO, AI-generated content, and paid performance marketing.

· Collaborate with creative, content, and data teams in Europe to localize campaigns for different EU markets and ensure GDPR compliance.

· Conduct audience and keyword research, map intent, and optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and ROAS.

· Create performance dashboards and reports in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools to track key growth metrics (CTR, CAC, LTV, ROAS).

· Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy variations to refine performance.

· Explore AI-driven marketing tools for automation, personalization, and creative optimization (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, Runway, SurferSEO).

· Stay ahead of trends in Generative Search, AI targeting, and data privacy to future-proof campaigns.

What we’re looking for

· 3–7 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (international or European exposure is a plus).

· Deep knowledge of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and paid media strategy.

· Proven hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

· Understanding of E-E-A-T principles, semantic optimization, and AI-assisted content creation.

· Skilled in analytics and automation tools — GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, etc.

· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills.

· Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.

· A creative, curious problem-solver who’s excited about AI-powered marketing and growth innovation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
