Sales Support Representative

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Support Representative, you’ll be the backbone of our Marketing & Sales department. Without your organizational talent, nothing gets done. You’ll:

• Prepare and manage sales quotes and proposals
• Support new clients throughout their onboarding journey
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and potential customers
• Research and build prospect lists using online tools, databases, and LinkedIn
• Reach out to potential leads via email, phone, and social channels
• Manage and update the CRM system with lead and pipeline information
• Coordinate follow-up actions between the Sales and Marketing teams
• Translate interest from potential customers into real commercial opportunities

You are a true multitasker with a commercial mindset and a passion for connecting with people. You’re resourceful, organized, and ready to make things happen.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong commercial drive and customer focus
• Experience with lead generation or inside sales is a strong plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented — with a healthy sense of humor
• Always looking for ways to improve and not easily discouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
