We are looking for a talented and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, website analytics, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing

  • Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Monitor engagement, optimize performance, and grow audience reach.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
  • Improve website rankings, page speed, and overall search visibility.
  • Work with developers to implement SEO best practices.

3. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop creative content ideas for blogs, social media, and ad campaigns.
  • Work with designers and writers to deliver high-quality visuals and copy.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all channels.

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Suggest data-driven solutions to improve ROI and reduce costs.

5. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Create and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp/Hubspot.
  • Build customer journeys, automation sequences, and segmentation.

6. Client Communication

  • Coordinate with clients to understand goals and deliver strategies.
  • Present campaign results and strategic plans during client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media algorithms.
  • Basic understanding of website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
  • Strong English communication and content-writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or creative tools.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for SEO improvements.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
