Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Vendors and Internal/External business stakeholders to understand their business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for D365 Business Central (D365 BC) implementation. Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) solutions based on business requirements, leveraging the full functionality of BC to meet Company needs. Serve as a subject matter expert in D365 BC and guide the team in defining the functional and technical scope of projects. Configure D365 BC to support business processes, ensuring the correct use of standard functionality, and recommend customizations as needed. Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of any assigned Projects Lead the Data Migration from legacy system & Integration of D365 BC with other internal/external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient processes across the organization. Oversee the functional testing process to ensure that the solution works as intended, including managing UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and providing support during testing phases. Deliver training to business users on D365 BC functionalities, processes, and best practices. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements. Build Reports within D365 BC and other external reporting tools to meet business needs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required. 5+ years of experience in a functional consultant or solution architect role, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience with large-scale ERP implementations is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including core modules like finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Procurement, and Projects. Strong experience in solution architecture and leading implementations of enterprise-level systems. Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. Experience in system integrations and working with third-party systems. Experience in Technical, Programming and Database Management is highly desirable. Microsoft Certification in D365 BC is an added advantage. Excellent Communication and analytical skills.
