Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify target audiences, define KPIs, and create measurable digital campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and engage with online communities, respond to queries, and manage social media growth.
• Design social calendars, coordinate posting schedules, and ensure brand consistency.

Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

SEO and GEO Optimization

• Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and structure for search visibility.
• Manage local GEO-targeted campaigns to enhance regional visibility and generate local leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategies.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
