Job Description

Role Description: The Solution Expert plays a key role in bridging customer needs with the company’s products and services. This role involves understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, providing technical and product expertise, and supporting sales and implementation teams. The Solution Expert ensures client satisfaction through effective solution delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design & Proposal Understand client business goals, challenges, and technical requirements. Develop and propose tailored end-to-end solutions aligned with customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to architect scalable and feasible solutions. Create compelling technical presentations, proposals, and demos. 2. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement Act as a technical consultant during pre-sales meetings. Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions. Answer client queries with clear, solution-oriented insights. Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with sales, product, R&D, and implementation teams. Translate client requirements into actionable product and technical roadmaps. Ensure smooth handover of solution specifications to implementation teams. 4. Market & Product Expertise Maintain deep knowledge of product features, use cases, and configurations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advances. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for enhancements. Maintain records of solution strategies and customer feedback. Report project or sales pipeline progress to relevant stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of [industry/domain] technologies and products. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate value. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving orientation. Experience in CRM.
