Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for Kerala Cafe. As the sole marketing professional in the organization, this role requires a creative, hands-on individual capable of handling brand strategy, digital presence, content creation, and campaign execution. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the core leadership team and report directly to the CEO to align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall vision and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage all digital marketing activities including social media, website updates, and online campaigns.
  • Visit the Kochi outlet regularly to create engaging content — including photos, videos, and customer stories.
  • Plan and oversee local and regional marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, influencers, and media partners as needed.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Support new outlet launches and promotions across different regions as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and core team to contribute to brand positioning, menu launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency in Kerala Cafe’s brand voice, identity, and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with bloggers and influencers to promote the brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of content production (photo/video) and graphic design tools is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to outlets for shoots and marketing activities.
