Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s online presence, drive traffic, and increase engagement. This role involves creating effective campaigns, analyzing performance data, and staying updated on the latest digital trends to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify target audiences and develop customer personas to guide marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging and relevant content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage them to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement.
  • Website Management:
  • Oversee website updates and ensure a user-friendly experience.
  • Conduct regular audits to improve website performance, speed, and SEO.
  • Trend Analysis and Innovation:
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new strategies and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,357.40 per month
