Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Manage company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Optimize content for the website and social media platforms. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels. Requirements: Proven working experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social media ads. Hands-on experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Graphic design or Canva knowledge. Experience in e-commerce or B2B/B2C campaigns. Knowledge of basic HTML and website CMS like WordPress or Shopify. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
