Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital channels, analytical tools, and content marketing, and will contribute to increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Manage SEO/SEM efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Oversee the company’s social media presence and develop strategies to grow followers and engagement.

Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards to report insights and ROI.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional content.

Run and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, social ads) with clear KPIs and budget management.

Monitor trends in digital marketing, evaluate new tools and technologies, and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance.

Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, and email marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Solid understanding of content marketing and customer journey mapping.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
