Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Manjeri. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing web analytics to optimize online marketing efforts, and developing communication strategies to engage with customers effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email channels.
  • Conduct SEO analysis and implement on-page/off-page improvements to increase organic visibility.
  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance website performance and landing page UX.
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalents) for lead nurturing.
  • Stay updated on fintech marketing trends, compliance, and automation tools.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in fintech or SaaS).
  • Proven expertise in SEO, paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools and data-driven campaign optimization.
