We’re a rapidly growing healthcare brand specializing in Hijama (Cupping Therapy), acupuncture, and holistic wellness. As we expand our digital footprint, we need a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to drive online engagement, traffic, and clinic bookings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

✅ Social Media Mastery (SMM):

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories) on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Grow followers, boost engagement (likes, comments, shares), and drive appointment bookings via social platforms.

✅ Paid Advertising Expert:

• Run & Optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Lead gen, conversion ads, video ads – maximize ROI!
• Manage Google Ads: Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns targeting Chennai audiences.
• A/B test ads, refine audiences, and track metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

✅ Creative Collaboration:

• Work hand-in-hand with our design team to produce high-impact videos, graphics, and ad creatives.
• Brief designers on clinic services, patient testimonials, and wellness campaigns.

✅ Traffic & Analytics:

• Drive organic + paid traffic to our website and booking portals.
• Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Dashboard to track KPIs and report results.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and increase clinic conversions.

✅ Additional Tasks:

• Assist with SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization).
• Manage social media reviews and respond to queries.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and healthcare compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with proven success in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Portfolio/case studies showcasing successful campaigns (required!).
Social Media Expertise: Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Technical Skills:

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (basic to intermediate).
• Strong content creation skills (captions, graphics, short videos).

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive results.
Communication: Fluent in Tamil and English (written & verbal).
Must work from our Chennai office – reliable local candidate preferred!
