About the Role

Were looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing

team and help build the Arrange It All brand across digital platforms. This role is critical to

capturing our transformation stories, shaping our voice, and fuelling our growth as we scale.

If you love storytelling, have an eye for design, enjoy being on the ground capturing content,

and are excited to own digital growth from strategy to executionthis role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Photography

  • Visit client sites (within and outside the city) to capture high-quality photos and videos

of transformation stories.

  • Build a visual library that showcases the before-after magic of AIA's work.

Social Media Management

  • Own the end-to-end content strategy and calendar for AIA and the founders handles

across Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Create engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content (stories, reels, carousels, posts)

that inspires our audience.

  • Track and analyze performance, optimizing content based on insights.

Coordination & Strategy

  • Work closely with our digital marketing agency to align on both strategic campaigns

and daily execution.

  • Work on a strategy & develop in-house expertise to manage the entire social media

marketing within Arrange It All.

  • Ensure timely delivery of content, paid campaigns, and creative assets.

Automation & Tools

  • Set up and manage basic marketing automation workflows (WhatsApp sequences,

email drips, etc.).

  • Use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Notion, and Google Sheets to streamline

operations.

Ownership & Leadership

  • Manage vendors, freelancers (editors, photographers), and small creative teams with

a leadership mindset.

  • Bring fresh ideas, experiment often, and take complete ownership of content and

digital growth.

What Were Looking For

  • A degree in Mass Communication, Media, Visual Design, or Marketing (MBA) is

preferred, but passion and skills matter more than years of experience.

  • Strong aesthetic and storytelling sensibilitiesespecially for home/lifestyle brands.

  • Hands-on with tools like Canva, Meta Suite, Notion, Google Drive, and comfortable

with basic automation workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and visual), with a growth-focused, self-starter

attitude.

  • Someone who enjoys travel, being on the field, and working in a fast-paced startup

environment.

  • Comfortable working with a small, agile team and excited about growing with the

brand.
