We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our targeted area marketing efforts across social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing geo-targeted advertising campaigns to reach specific geographic audiences effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, X, and Facebook aimed at specific regions or localities. Create engaging content aligned with local audience interests and platform best practices. Manage ad budgets, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Use platform-specific tools for audience segmentation and targeting. Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and new advertising features. Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure campaign success. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in geo-targeted digital marketing and social media advertising. Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter/X Ads. Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Data analysis skills with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of PPC, CPC, and budget management. Ability to adapt quickly to platform changes and industry trends. Preferred: Certifications in digital marketing or social media advertising. Experience working with small or local businesses. Basic understanding of SEO principles related to social media. Geo-targeted digital marketing and audience segmentation Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Twitter/X Ads Social media campaign planning, execution, and optimization Content creation and copywriting for social media platforms Data analysis and reporting of campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Familiarity with tools for social media management (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Knowledge of PPC (pay-per-click) advertising and budget management Ability to create and manage paid advertising budgets Strong communication and project management skills Understanding of SEO basics related to social media marketing Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes
