Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Optimize SEO (on-page and off-page) to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms with engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Create, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure consistent branding and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, etc.) and marketing automation workflows.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), and email marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) and CRM/Marketing tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Video marketing or YouTube ads experience
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
