Your Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to potential clients and partners.
• Assist with LinkedIn campaigns — from content posting to engaging and growing the network.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and company presentations.
• Conduct basic market research and keep an eye on competitors.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Work with internal teams to develop marketing materials and documentation.
• Keep the CRM system updated with leads and campaign information.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with a confident phone presence.
• Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• A creative mindset with basic content writing and visual design sensibility.
• Interest or basic understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new marketing tools.
• A degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related fields is a plus — but not mandatory.
