About the Role:

Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,etc.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.


  • Social Media Management:

  • Create, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook,Instagram, Twitter).

  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and relevant online presence.

  • Grow our follower base, increase engagement, and manage our online community.

  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and ROI.


  • Paid Advertising (Ads):

  • Execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display,Video) and Social Media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Manage campaign budgets, conduct A/B testing, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.


  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Prepare and present reports on key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS),and Click-Through Rate (CTR).

  • General:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Social Media Ads).
  • Solid experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing fields.
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems (like WordPress).
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools.
