Job Title: Digital Ads Specialist

Location: Bengaluru - Work from office


About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Digital Ads Specialist who is eager to grow and develop expertise in Facebook, Instagram & Google advertising. If you have basic experience in digital marketing or paid advertising and a strong willingness to learn, this role offers an exciting opportunity to scale your skills in performance marketing while contributing to the company’s growth journey.

You will work closely with experienced marketers to set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns, analyze performance data, and experiment with new strategies to drive conversions and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

Google & Meta Ads Campaign Execution & Learning:

  • Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & Google.
  • Learn and implement audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
  • Work with the team to optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for better performance.
  • Conduct basic A/B testing to understand what works best.

Executed and optimized Google Ads campaigns, running structured experiments to enhance performance and efficiency.

Performance Monitoring & Growth:

  • Track key campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and CPC to understand ad performance.
  • Work with the marketing team to analyze and adjust campaigns for better results.
  • Get hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Adwords & other advertising tools.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work with designers and content creators to ensure ads align with brand messaging.
  • Learn to analyze what type of creatives perform best and help improve ad quality.

Market Research & Experimentation:

  • Stay updated on Meta Ads trends and best practices.
  • Google executional level experience & best practices
  • Explore new ad formats, audience segments, and budget allocation strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for campaign success.


Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media advertising.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Technical Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Mandatory):

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & Google adwords and basic campaign setup.
  • Some experience in Google Analytics or reporting tools.
  • Understanding of audience targeting and campaign structures.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion tracking is a bonus.

Soft Skills (Must-Have):

  • Eager to learn and grow in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and willingness to work with data.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and trends quickly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
