Digital Marketing Specialist – On-site (Trivandrum)

About the Role

Elixr Labs is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with more than four years of proven experience to join our on-site team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms and contribute to strategy, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities 📌

• Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Plan, execute, and refine LinkedIn marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and performance improvement.

• Manage and grow YouTube channels, including channel optimization, ad campaigns, and analytics-driven content improvements.

• Create basic to intermediate English content for social media, blogs, and website updates.

• Manage and optimize Google My Business listings to improve local visibility.

• Use tools such as Canva and Adobe Spark and collaborate with design teams for creatives.

• Perform basic website updates and apply SEO practices to improve search rankings.

• Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to support decision-making.

• Maintain strong communication and organizational workflow within the team.

Preferred Skills ⭐

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.

• Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies for improved ROI.

Location 📍

Trivandrum (on-site only; not remote or hybrid)

Qualifications 🎯

• 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
