The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, improving product/services sales, and implementing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, providing customer support, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and training sales personnel. The role will involve collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless implementation of marketing and sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Ability to develop and deliver training programs for sales personnel Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and analyze trends Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
