Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs. - Content Creation and Optimization: Produce engaging content (blog posts, social media updates, videos, etc.) and optimize it for SEO, ensuring visibility and engagement across digital platforms. - Social Media Management: Manage social media profiles, create posts, engage with followers, run paid ads, and analyze engagement metrics. - SEO and SEM Implementation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and implement SEM campaigns to drive paid traffic to websites. - Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to optimize conversion rates and ROI. - Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and performance metrics to drive engagement and lead generation. - Paid Advertising Management: Manage paid ads across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive targeted traffic, optimize ad spend, and ensure high conversion rates. Essential Skills: - Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically for problem-solving. - Content Strategy Development: Ability to develop effective content strategies. Experience Requirements: - Entry-Level: 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field. - Mid-Level: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related field, with experience in managing social media accounts, running paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance metrics. - Senior-Level: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field, with experience in strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder engagement
