Role Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Noida office. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing web traffic data, and optimizing campaigns for effectiveness. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for enhancing online visibility, building brand presence, and engaging our target audience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to craft engaging campaigns and manage various digital channels
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to analyze performance data and implement optimization strategies
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with content creation, SEO strategies, and email marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-driven marketing tools for content generation, campaign optimization, and audience insights is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated with the latest marketing trends
