Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, content creation, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage A/B tests and landing page optimization.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Create monthly social media calendars and manage posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter).
  • Analyze social performance and grow engagement & followers.

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities including keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

4. Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in creating blogs, website content, email newsletters, ads copy, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all digital platforms.

5. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Segment audiences and track open/click/conversion rates.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for all digital campaigns.
  • Use data to suggest improvements for continuous growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Google Analytics, Search Console
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Funnels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress.
