About the Role

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Female Admission Counsellor to handle student inquiries, guide prospective students, and support them throughout the admission process. The counsellor will act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling

• Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Provide accurate and updated information about programs offered.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephonic, and online counselling sessions.

2. Lead Handling & Follow-up

• Manage incoming inquiries from calls, walk-ins, website leads, and social media.
• Track and follow up with potential students until conversion.
• Maintain proper lead records in CRM or internal system.

3. Admissions Process

• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment.
• Ensure all admission-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.

4. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversions.
• Participate in admission drives, events, seminars, and school visits.

5. Communication & Customer Service

• Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or educational sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively.
• Good command over English and local languages.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Experience in education institutes, coaching centers, universities, or training academies.
• Ability to work under target-based roles.
• Confident personality with good presentation skills.
