Version Systems pvt ltd- factoHR is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Rajkot. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute across multiple areas including email campaigns, content creation, ad management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing email campaigns; optimize email content to boost engagement and conversions.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns; collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaign goals.
• Conversion Optimization: Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates; implement strategies to enhance website and campaign performance.
• Ad Campaign Management: Support the execution and monitoring of digital ad campaigns; analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on marketing campaign performance; prepare dashboards and reports with clear recommendations

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social, paid ads, SEO).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
• Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
