Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for a wide range of digital initiatives, from search engine optimization to paid advertising and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC & Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance to maximize ROI.
  • SEO & SEM: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMO): Manage and grow our presence on key social platforms. Create and curate engaging content, manage social ad campaigns, and analyze performance to build a strong community and drive traffic.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-quality, relevant content, including blog posts, website copy, ad creative, and social media posts, that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Proactively identify new opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital footprint.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing PPC campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Proven track record of improving website performance through SEO techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content creation for various platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various SEO and social media management tools.
  • A portfolio or case studies showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
