We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller / Tele Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele calling or tele sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and a passion for engaging with customers to promote our products or services. You will be a key part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, providing detailed information about our offerings.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their queries.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer information in the Google Sheets.
Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to a diverse audience.
Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve our strategies.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a tele calling, tele sales, or a similar role.
Excellent proficiency in both Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
