Hiring: Telecaller Sales Executive

Location: Indira Nagar Sector 19, Lucknow/ Lakhimpur/ Ayodhya | Work Mode: Office-Based
Experience: 0-2 Years (Female Candidate Preferable) (Freshers also Welcome!)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
Job Role
- Call potential clients (B2B & B2C) for Solar Rooftop, Ground-Mount & EPC Projects
- Generate qualified leads & fix appointments for the sales team
- Explain solar benefits, subsidies (PM Surya Ghar Yojana), ROI & financing options
- Maintain daily call reports & updates
What We Need:
✅ Excellent Hindi + Local Language communication
✅ Basic knowledge of Solar/Energy sector (training provided)
✅ Target-driven & confident phone personality
✅ Laptop not required – we provide system & database
