Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (paid & organic) across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms
• Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to increase website traffic and improve search rankings
• Develop engaging content in collaboration with design and content teams for social media, newsletters, and blogs
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and subscriber databases (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and landing pages
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
