Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Digital Marketer who will take charge of all aspects of our online presence. From strategy to execution, the ideal candidate will have the creative and technical know-how to showcase our vision, values, and community engagement through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media engagement, website traffic)
• Manage content planning and scheduling across platforms
• Capture, edit, and publish engaging video/photo content from school events and classroom activities (an added advantage)
• Maintain and update the school’s website and ensure SEO optimisation
• Collaborate with the academic and admin teams to reflect current happenings and stories from the school
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing and education

Key Skills & Requirements

• Basic certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, SEO, and paid advertising
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Video shooting and editing skills (using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.) – preferred
• Ability to work independently and visit multiple branches as needed
